What i love ~

  • Though it looks scary at first with the oily/greasy sort of texture, once set its a perfect matte finish with incredible coverage.
  • For medium to full coverage, it’s a perfect formula.
  • Its super blendable, looks flawless and covers red cheeks(covers mine), blemishes and gives a look of air-brushed skin.
  • The custom brush is so easy to use and does the job perfectly.
  • This compact comes with a in built mirror which is so perfect for travel, plus it being compact not liquid one will never have to worry about spillage.
  •
What i don't Love ~
  • Sometimes leaves the skin bit greasy esp in summers for oily - combination type of skins.
  • Need to re-touch up with loose powder or translucent powder( i often opt for) and thats only when skin gets lil greasy in summers.
Best for ~
  • Red cheek faces (like mine, lol), someone with large pores who need maximum coverage, someone with blemishes and freckles.
  • For a perfect air-brushed skin.
  • Best in winters and rainy for Indian type of skins, this way there's very less chances of having any greasy spot on face and can have flawless skin without any re-touches.

Extra Virgin Minerals Loose Powder Foundation

About ~ This featherlight powder base gives a radiant, natural-looking finish and can be built up for extra coverage. It is non-comedogenic and suitable for sensitive skin
  • Radiant finish
  • Covers imperfections and fine lines
  • Dermatologically tested
  • Contains SPF 25
How to Use ~
Tip the pot upside-down so a little powder is deposited in the lid. Work the powder into our Mineral Foundation Brush. Tap off the excess and apply to the face in circular motions. Reapply to build coverage.

Ingredients ~
Mica (Opacifier), Titanium Dioxide (Sunscreen), Kaolin (Absorbent), Illite (Anticaking Agent). [+/- CI 77492 (Colour), CI 77491 (Colour), CI 77499 (Colour), CI 77891 (Colour)]

What i Love ~
  • Need very lil to set foundation in place.
  • The packaging, the transparent base allows you to see whats left in the container.
What i don't Love ~
  • If not careful the whole powder can be on floor (i am often clumsy and couple of times it did almost fell to the ground, i got it just before it hit the floor and often ended up with powder all over my dress and hands.... ewwww!!)
Best for ~
  • At home use, definitely not in your travel makeup kit (esp if you are clumsy like me *.*).

Face and Body Brush ~

Best if you want: A versatile, larger makeup brush that is just the right size for applying blusher, bronzing powder or shimmer to the face or décolletage.

How it works:
  • Soft synthetic hairs are long-lasting and specially cut to be extra gentle on delicate skin.
  • Wide tapered head is ideal for applying and blending powder formulations.
  • Slightly tapered handle makes the brush easy to hold and use for controlled, precise application.
What i Love ~
  • Perfect for applying my loose powder and i often use it for my Chambor Translucent powder(which is compact not loose powder)
  • Brush is super gentle on my sensitive skin and i just love the way it feels on my face. Soft and totally gentle)
Best for ~
  • Applying bronzer, blusher or shimmer to face or body, in short it definitely fits the bill of an all-rounder (but anyone as lazy as me might want to have different brush for each one of it, perhaps The Body Shop brushes in more number??? )
What i would love to try ~
    • Eyeshadow Brush
    • Kabuki Bronzing Brush

P.s ~ I currently use, Golden Vanilla in compact and Rose Beige in Loose powder. Though i must confess i need to get more compacts swatched to find the right one for me now. When i came back from Lagos, Golden Vanilla was perfect for my lil tanned skin, now this one seems lil darker than my skin tone. Yes, effect of Indian weather and water i must say, i am gaining back my original color(i am on lil fairer side *.*)
