I am so looking forward to try Yardley's facewash in English Lavender. Yardley's facewash in English Rose is my fav but i wanted to see how much i would like this one!! And besides i love trying stuff *.*
And this Jovees Anti-Blemish Pigmentation cream was much awaited. I was once sent a sample of this and i seriously loved it. So i hunted this down and found on Urban Touch.

Have you tried any of these??? Which product did you hunt down lately???

* Budget Chic ~ Tassle Necklace *

I don't exactly remember where i copied this pic from(maybe Glamour or Instyle mag) which i quite often do for inspiration files, I seriously wanted that tassle necklace! It seems so perfect for a black dress or even white in my case, and when i came across this tassle necklace there were no second thoughts about it. Though i must admit dupes are never as good as the originals, i still love to own a dupe than not having at all!! You see one can't afford everything in the world *.*

And when i found this on Urban Touch i had to have it....

My Tassle Necklace ~

Price ~ 100 INR
Available(was) ~ Urban Touch

So what do you think??? Do you prefer originals or compromise with dupes at times???

Candy Blue ~ Silver Tipped Glitter Mani

~ Beware : Pic Heavy Post ~
I am seriously in love with these pretty colors from Lakme Color Crush. Recent purchase from this range is 03, kinda weird that they preferred to go with number codes than catchy names(i love them) nevertheless they have some amazing shades this season. Hope they keep doing this often and satisfy craziness of someone like me *.*
Well its offically summer here in Hyderabad too and the very proof is Mangoes are being sold @90 INR per KG for starters. OMG!! When are we going to hog on those juicy ones with such a kinda price!! Well news is Mangoes this season are going to be very expensive... so if you have someone at village who can get it direct from the farm or the farmer, then do it.. am on that job right now *.*
Rest all is pretty good with me, been busy this long weekend ~ sleeping, eating and catching up with Vampire Diaries, The Secret Circle, new bollywood and tollywood movies, and re-runs of KUWK. Speaking of KUWK, i like Kim and Chloe more... whose your fav???
And the weekend's Mani was more summery this time with Candy Blue nailcolor but more apt for the party/weekend look. Here's Swatches ~

This pretty blue is very sheer with subtle hint of silver shimmer. Very lovely when opaque, which needs atleast 3 coats to go. Other than its sheerness i love this color even plain though i would love to play with it and go more glittery and silver tipped for party/weekend look.
This is 4th color from the Color Crush collection i own, and i must say i am pretty happy with all of them!!

I used some scotch tape strips to create pattern.

This is the Final Look!! *.*

What's that color for stripes?? EN-VY's Simply Smashing 017
And i tipped the nails with EN-VY's Moon Fale, which is a silver color...

Then i used L.A.Colors Color Craze ~ Star Light as glitter coat for thumb and ring finger...

What i Used ~
Base Coat - Avon Nail Experts Smooth Beginnings
Primary Color - Lakme Color Crush 03
Color for Stripes - EN-VY's Simply Smashing 017
Color for tips - EN-VY's Moon Fale 014
Glitter Coat - L.A.Colors Color Craze Star Light
Top Coat - Avon Nail Experts UV Gloss Guard

Hope you liked!!
Thanks for watching ....

Till next time.....

Some more Nailcolors...

I am a polish lover no doubt about it and i am always a game to try new shade, new brand and new style...
But recently i opted out of that routine thing and i ordered some classics and some fun colors.
Lakme in India is kinda classic nail color brand. Anytime in lakme you would find something for every Indian to try out for... Mauves, Purples, Pinks, Maroons and Reds are sort of staples and yet am glad to say its never so heavy on pocket to ignore or postpone for next order. I feel they have a color for everyone, every age group and never cease to disappoint, atleast me for sure!!
I have loved their Color Crush range but out of nowhere i went back to their classics again. I bought this beautiful 'Twilight Mauve' from Lakme. This was one of my fav colors some ages back...surprisingly its still is... no better ornament to fingers than pretty nails .. do you deny??

And i bought this pretty color ~ Orly's 'Gumdrop'. On swatching pretty much felt like vintage color to me, definitely not outdated but yes some oldy charm to it.... and need i say i am in *love* ???

Then this transparent raspberry pink(so i thought) oh no its definitely cherry color. Its Essie's 'Cherry Pop'. Yet to try this one, i was planning on getting my nails untinted first, by which i mean plain and healthy nails and try this one. Else am pretty sure the actual color would get killed somewhere....

Need i say i need some serious thinking to do to keep my nails healthy and untinted?? So much of color and hardly plain, i know my nails are taking a beating!! Sally Hansen, here i come.... need some retail therapy again to find solution for this..........

Any suggestions for me???

Lip Ice Sheer Color ~ Crazy Brown Swatches and Review

Last time when i picked Lip Ice Sheer Color ~ Natural i was kinda smitten and sorta fell in love with it. Its a natural pale pink and gives a soft and shiny feel to the lips. When i used this as base to a frosty lipstick it took the mauve color of the lipstick and added shine and made my lips look much softer with no hint of frosty-ness to it. Well isn't that just cool? You can just change the look of a lipstick all together. Now i need to try out more to tell you which one looks like what with Lip Ice and sure i will soon *.*
And after much loving of the Lip Ice Sheer Color in Natural, i wanted to try other Lip Ice colors too like - Hotty pink, Crazy Brown, Strawberry, Naughty Orange, Pouty Pink, Flirty Mauve.
I will tell you why -
First its a balm nourishing and softening the lips
Second it gives you color
Now isn't it doing a dual job?? Moisturizing like a balm and giving the color like a lip stick. Its not only inexpensive when compared to buying a balm and lipstick in your fav color its also travel/handbag friendly. Or just sneak that slim stick into your jeans pocket and no one will notice much(well incase you're not carrying bag like i do sometimes *.*)

More about Lip Ice ~
  • Main ingredients

Natural Beeswax, Natural Olive Oil, Vitamin A,C & E present in LipIce Sheer Color Natural. LipIce lip balms have Lanolin, Mineral Oil, Menthol, and Camphor with SPF 15.
  • Colors and Variants
In India, LipIce Sheer Color Natural is in pink and LipIce lip balms with four different fruity flavors - Lemon, Orange, Strawberry, Blueberry and they have no color.
  • Comes from
It is developed in Japan and manufactured in Vietnam.

These can be bought @UrbanTouch

The ones i bought are Sheer Color Natural and Crazy Brown.

While i bought sheer natural at a local store, i ordered Crazy Brown from UT which is one of my fav online stores right now.

So here are the swatches ~

Crazy Brown

Natural

I guess am gonna try other colors too *.*

Urban Touch Haul!!

This is my first shopping with Urban Touch and these days i have been going crazy with online shopping.
I have shopped at Style Craze and Violet Bag recently apart from Urban Touch. So far so good with all of them. But what stands out most for me right now is UT which i fondly call Urban Touch as, just like other UT lovers around. Well what caught my attention which other sites couldn't is the collection of LAColors nail polishes. As such i am a big crazy lover of nailcolors and esp LAColors which is one of my fav these days. SO you know i couldn't resist and went ahead and placed my first order.
Though UT took longer time than Style Craze ever does to me, i was quite impressed with the parcel box.
Only if it had come little carefully!! Overall i still can re-use the box and store few of my things. What i did with it will talk later!!
For now this is what i bought from Urban Touch ~

What my box looks perfectly fine?? See this side ~

See the damage????

What i bought -
  1. LA Colors Color Craze Nail Polish - Goddess NP442
  2. LA Colors Color Craze Nail Polish - Sparkling Diamonds NP446
  3. LA Colors Color Craze Nail Polish - Star Light NP443
  4. Vega Face Pack Brush
And with these i got a Free sample - Vlcc Anti Pollution Lotion.
Though haven't tried the colors on my nails yet but single swipe to test i am somehow in love with starlight and then sparkling diamonds. Still its too early to decide and judge...
Will come back with swatches and reviews soon, till then ............
