• Few days away for my bday too, but this time i don't seem excited!! For someone of my age i don't think bday should be anywhere exciting, but it always has been for me... so whats changed this time??? 
• My MK(Michael Kors) watch is waiting to be worn and so is my Levis jeans which i picked just couple of days back(cos my hubby pushed me to, else i don't need a push for shopping *.*)
• Heard it was 50% off at Shopperstop yesterday, exclusive girl's day out!! How the hell did i miss and worst part my Dear H did email me, i didn't check!!! Why didn't he sms me?????? Not that it would have made my mood to shop, but still!!!
• I didn't show change in weight but i did in inches !! I dropped in size of my jeans, certainly feeling toned, first time its all fun wearing skinny fits (i always wore straight cuts till now). Did i mention in 1 week i bought 3 new jeans??? *.*
• I happened to lay my hands(first eyes ofcourse *.*) on crochet sort lace leggings. OMG, they were gorgeous(do you wanna see?? ). Priced at 640 INR, its 3 times the original style but hey you should see the leggings they are so totally worth it!! I haven't seen anyone wear yet here, haven't heard till now. Even the salesperson said they are new in market; are they really new or is it me who is new to the market(coming back to India after 2 yrs)?
• I seriously need a polish and jewelry organizers. There are so many polishes i haven't touched since buying and jewelry i haven't worn !!! Do you know of any online site i can order from??? eBay has ridiculous prices, i don't think i would shell out so much!!
• Did you ever had flax seeds?? My Dietician asked me to include them in my diet. Looks like her tips seem to be working *.*. Would you want to know about my workout and diet???
• One thing i want to get for my bday is a LIPSTICK from MAC. Do you have any suggestions?? Leave a link if you have done swatches, it will really help me *.*

I personally loved the Zivame Lingerie Wash Bag. Looks and quality do matter most to me. And i prefer a one time investment than buying often. I have used this quite a number of times by now and i must say every lazy girl should own this and besides why do we have to spoil our delicate hands and lovely manis??

And i ordered No Tangles Washing Net recently. I love the idea of taking so much care of my other lingerie too, besides i hate the way the slips get entangled and losing patience i at times just pull them apart(uhh, i know but i seriously have less patience *.*)

So i feel am all blessed, not running everytime to wash my fine lingerie with hands esp in this cold weather! What about you???

A Lil Talk ~

• Courier people really getting me mad!! After concluding everything, they reject saying they don't ship Polishes!!! WTF.... sorry but am definitely not in good mood today (due to just 3 hrs of sleep??? maybe). Still fixed, parcels must be dispatched soon...
• Am i really so ignorant(read dumb) or are these prices so high for courier services???? Just coupe of papers to Delhi cost 125 INR??? Seriously??? Which planet was i on before this happened???
• I had a good time yesterday night watching a rather mind blowing movie.... The movie is named 'Eega'(means housefly) literally. I rather wasn't interested initially but watching this made me think 'Tollywood' has really got some super people working hard to entertain us with something unique!!! Graphics are really top-notch i must say!!
• I made lunch for 20 kids today, starting at almost 7.30 AM i went on till 10.00 AM non-stop!! Can i complain about my legs hurting standing for so long???
• Now am kinda restless thinking 'Did the kids like the food today?? Were the Apples sweet enough?? (my son wouldn't eat if its not)"
• Am so happy, midst of all this chaos i found my jewelry making stuff(chains, clasps, pearls) which i thought were lost!!! People, here i come with showing you stuff i love to make *.*
• I having been drooling at the tops in 'Madame' store at Himayatnagar. Nautical stripes, Abstract prints, Graphic tees..... ohhh, i need to hold my breathe till my bday next month!!! Cruel!!!!!!!!!!!!
• Thanks for lovely comments and new followers, am just so busy right now but will definitely check out your blogs and reply back to the comments. But right now i need to finish few things on hand and do the mani for the Summer Challenge. God!! Am late everytime these days.....

Chat time...

• I had my another session of ADR (Aqua Daily Radiance) at Kaya this morning and something changed. If i have to pinpoint, it was use of Serum (Firm and Lift) and why was my skin polished today??? Well i had so many questions to ask them but then the practioner who did the session to me was busy so i had to postpone my questionnaire session... Lol *.*
• Did i love my session today?? Ofcourse, my skin always feels so good after these sessions and much longer after that too.... Did i say i don't use scrubs anymore?? Nopes never now *.*
• Next i went to 'Identity' which is a Gym, Slimming/Weight Loss Centre and also a Beauty Studio which is just for women. Whoaa!!! no more feeling uncomfy to get into those short track pants while excersing. What i loved most to hear is they have Zumba workout too. Whattt???? I jumped and got my membership card. Yes its still a trial one and paid only for a month which costs around 3500 INR. I did get a 30% discount though *.*
• Zumba involves dance style  workout with a foot tapping music. I am so gonna love this one....
• They have this beauty studio(sort of parlour) and also an in-house hairdresser. Why am i excited about it??? Everytime they check my weight and i show a 1-2 kg loss in weight, i get smiles dollar gift card, which i can use to avail services or pay for my next month gym membership. Now isn't that kool???? I would definitely like to try a hairstyle makeover soon. Nothing fancy but something that compliments the shape of my face.
• Why out of blue i am joining gym??? I seriously wanna look awesome for my bday, and yes i definitely need to lose lil more weight and get fit *.*
• I haven't told you??? I got another watch recently from Fastrack in white strap and Rose Gold dial. 9th and 10th June 2012, fastrack had 50% discount on most of the watches for women. While i bought one for my sis, same white strap and rose gold combo(style is different from mine) i picked one for myself too. I anyways was planning on buying one for my sis for her bday thats next month, when saw this offer i couldn't resist the thought that i pay for one and i get one free, both were almost at same price.. *.*
• Where's my Michael Kors gone???? Sitting safely tucked inside my wardrobe waiting to be worn on 14th Aug *.*, its really hard to resist myself from wearing it ....
• There's this store at Himayatnagar(i stay here) named 'Madame' which has some gorgeous western wear. I so much want to pick from here(very expensive) so need to save up big time  and also i have been eyeing the 'Mango' store thats at GVK Mall Banjara Hills, my next bag should be from here and that too before Aug 14th..... phew!!!
• Evening am off to get my workout wear. Any suggestions on that girls????

Back from my Trip... a lil chat!!

• Hi everyone, i missed reading your blogs and seeing comments on mine *.*
• Am back from my trip ( had to attend a cradle ceremony) and i ofcourse am so tired....
• It was a car journey, overnight one and during day the other; ofcourse i wasn't driving and yet i feel all tired and lazy. Latter being the main reason *.*
• I have so many posts planned and all i see is grey skies, yes its raining alot in Hyderabad(India). Just wish my pics come out well!!!
• I don't particularly like rainy season, its quite annoying to me as i feel irritated getting wet even if it means a bit... 
• I have got these two gorgeous nail polishes from Jabong for review, excuse me but couldn't help sharing about it before doing the review *.*
• And surprisingly after all these years, i had 'Choco Latte' @ Cafe Coffee Day for first time in my life, it was an emergency situation else i don't have Coffees or Teas( just have Green Tea or Lemon Tea, no sugar  no honey ofcourse no milk). After that i am kinda hooked to it and on way back i grabbed 'Choco Mocha' yummmm, and now i am literally craving to go 'Cafe Coffee Day'!! Wanna join me ??? *.*

• This pic reminds me so much of the movie ~ 'Black Swan' so just felt like sharing with you all. 
• Day has gone pretty busy for me today and my feet are like killing me. We have been to shopping this evening and though i love shopping of any sort i can't go on for long. Well thats my weakness i guess. Anyways the shopping wasn't for me, i might not indulge till August as i have plenty to wear and i am actually not getting any occasion to wear what i have piled up. 
• My recent shopping involved lot of polishes and glitters and some stuff i wanted to giveaway. Well i haven't officially announced but thats plan. If this LLP gift idea work well, i might just include the giveaway stuff here else i might just scrap the whole idea and go back to do a giveaway like others which according to me is a pretty old and boring idea. Anyways lets see how that goes!!
• Well my Michael Kors watch has arrived in India along with some much awaited polishes(well sad, its just 4..) and some sharpies i guess, not sure yet.
• Overall am just waiting to see the MK watch and get the sharpies do the much awaited job for me. This reminds i might have just landed up with another dupe in my stash. Lol, that again wasn't on  purpose. I feel rather funny ending with so many dupes while i always prefer originals. But sometimes dupes are fun i think, so i just let myself be happy for that too.... Is that bad???
• I would be collecting my goodies tomorrow and then headover to my school BFF place. I think i would again be stuffed to choking with her food, but then i don't mind. Women show love through food, and i am no different!!
• I plan on buying some good books to read as i kinda got hooked to laptop alot than i want to. A book would do much help!! Any suggestions please let me know in comments!! 
• For second time, i used my Instyler today and i think i am beginning to like the way it makes my hair almost straight. Kinda addictive i tell you!!!
• Am OFF to bed, cya soon *.*

~ Black Butterfly ~

I somehow liked 'Black Swan' movie alot, and when i saw this ring it just reminded me of that... only wished it to be a swan instead of butterfly but nevertheless even this is so lovely...

So to begin the story, I have been to a local beauty shop and to my surprise they had some good collection of rings. Apart from nailpolishes, rings are next fav of mine...

So going through them, i made myself a bit choosy for few mins and picked only what i thought 'i just have to have them'. So out of two, the following pic shows one, the Black Butterfly ~

Priced @ 90 INR, this was a steal for me.

My April Faves..

With April over, i have this huge list to share with you. My April Faves ...

I know am late for this post but i wanted to share anyways *.*

Being in Lagos i had a great access to L.A.Colors and L'Oreal Nail colors which i hardly see here. Nevertheless i have been crazy shopping alot lately. Mostly for my Nail Polish stash and some couple of makeup items. Out of them i have been in love with some alot than i can say in words.

These are my faves for April 2012 ~

Jordana Brow Powder Duo in Black - Very compact and handy, its my first brow powder kit and i must say i am in love. No more pencils and smudging which often take sometimes mins, this kit is super handy and all i need is secs to finish setting my brows.

Jordana Lipstick in Toastie Taupe 172 - Inexpensive,nice color and a good add on to lipsticks and colors if you are into having more options. Its not exactly Taupe but more of brown and coral mix.

Lakme Lipstick in Aphrodite Blush * - Its the first lipstick in my stash with undertone of Coral. And am seriously loving it. Its very much in color of a natural blush but on my lips shows quite a bit of coralness

See both look alike mostly except the toastie taupe is sheer and less cream than Aphrodite Blush..

Lakme Absolute White Intense Concealer Stick SPF 20 * - Again its a first concealer stick i own, i never needed one before, but now with couple of acne spots showing this came very handy. More a matty, it rather covers the light spots i have very well

Revlon Nail Enamel in Ooh La La Lilac 324 - A gorgeous nail color from Revlon, its looks pretty white with undertones of Lilac. When swatched it shows its true color and the lilac beauty surfaces.

Maybelline NY Clearglow Bright Benefit Cream - Perfect for my daily wear, its covers the uneven skin tone quite well and give a natural glow finish. One can hardly make out i used BB cream.

NYX Girls Gloss in 03 Pink - Pretty Barbie Pink, the gloss stays quite longer and doesnt bleed. By the looks of it, it seems its a bright neon pink, while the swatches reveal its pale pink beauty.

Avon Glimmersticks Eye Liners in Emerald Glow, Smokey Diamond, Black Ice, Twilight Sparkle - These glimmersticks are so good to add that touch of subtle sexiness to eyes. I cant get enough of these, Black Ice is in my daily wear stash *.*

Avon Ultra Moisture Rich Rose Lipstick in Amelia Rose - A girly pink, its leaves the lips soft and stays on quite well. Need re-application if want all day long. Definitely not glossy, its perfect for daily wear or say even office wear.

Avon Extra Lasting Kajal * - Its a lovely kajal that takes minnimum effort and shows good results.  Staying power is quite good which am impressed with it alot, it hardly smudges or transfers.

I might be the last one talking about this, anyways better late than never, right?? *.*

I wouldn't have dared personally to even give a thought until lately, when i had to use white many-a-times during the 'Black and White Challenge'. Now all i want to paint my nails is in White!! And today i wanted to know if you share the same feeling?? Here are some pics of the celebs wearing white ~

I love Kim's style so far!!

Till now i have not sported stark white on nails but i do have plans. Also been loving it alot using in my manis with prints and patterns. As for me White is definitely a must in my nail polish stash now.

Some more Nailcolors...

I am a polish lover no doubt about it and i am always a game to try new shade, new brand and new style...

But recently i opted out of that routine thing and i ordered some classics and some fun colors.

Lakme in India is kinda classic nail color brand. Anytime in lakme you would find something for every Indian to try out for... Mauves, Purples, Pinks, Maroons and Reds are sort of staples and yet am glad to say its never so heavy on pocket to ignore or postpone for next order. I feel they have a color for everyone, every age group and never cease to disappoint, atleast me for sure!!

I have loved their Color Crush range but out of nowhere i went back to their classics again. I bought this beautiful 'Twilight Mauve' from Lakme. This was one of my fav colors some ages back...surprisingly its still is... no better ornament to fingers than pretty nails .. do you deny??

And i bought this pretty color ~ Orly's 'Gumdrop'. On swatching pretty much felt like vintage color to me, definitely not outdated but yes some oldy charm to it.... and need i say i am in *love* ???

Then this transparent raspberry pink(so i thought) oh no its definitely cherry color. Its Essie's 'Cherry Pop'. Yet to try this one, i was planning on getting my nails untinted first, by which i mean plain and healthy nails and try this one. Else am pretty sure the actual color would get killed somewhere....

Need i say i need some serious thinking to do to keep my nails healthy and untinted?? So much of color and hardly plain, i know my nails are taking a beating!! Sally Hansen, here i come.... need some retail therapy again to find solution for this..........

Any suggestions for me???

• I have been wanting nail color in mint for ages now. Atlast i found it at a local beauty shop ... can't wait to try!!

Revlon ~ Minted

• I realised i have been wearing too much of blues and teals lately... so switching off to other side, i bought transparent raspberry pink nail color from Essie.... its actually Cherry Pop Shade 358 ..        Can't wait for my parcel to arrive..
• Bought this gorgeous Kurti from a local chikan work Designer shop for 1200 INR. Though it sounded lil costly, i was in love with it to leave it behind. Pairing it with cream/off-white leggings *.*

• I bought some more glitters from Kathiawar Stores..

• Got these gorgeous jewelry from Belleza stores @Himayatnagar. I smell danger, its walkable distance from my house, and i might end up visiting it often *.*

• Bought this animal print hair clip and cute bottle pump for hand cream to stock in my kitchen. I have a very bad habit of washing my hands often and i am constantly making something in kitchen so i definitely needed this.... *.*

• With Ugadi approaching, i have more shopping in my head...that includes salwar kameez, some bangles and earrings, Ohh!! please indians love to match mostly and so do i *.*                                          and we love *BlinG*

Seasons change but...

'Seasons India' model doesn't seem to change. 

Since i was in twenties i have been seeing the same model for SeasonsIndia. No doubt she is gorgeous but didn't she change a bit all these years?? If answer is YES then we surely need to know her beauty secret *.*
