♥ Lady with Red Nails ♥

I absolutely love wearing RED but surprisingly once upon a time i was just scared having this color in my wardrobe! 

And now i just hoard stuff in Red, and am a game for it if i get my hands on various shades of it!! I know 'Crazy Me' !!

Well i recently painted my nails with Colorbar Dreamy and used NYX ♥ Girls Dorothy Glitter Polish as top coat. I must agree both together look so awesome, i would hate to change my polish soon!!

♥ NYE Mani ♥

I don't like huge crowds especially if they are strangers!! I am a game to meet a gang of friends but never comfortable with total strangers!! So often these NYE parties (New Year Eve) are not my cup of tea!! I prefer to stay at home with Family or out celebrating it with close Family and Friends! 

And so again this time it was just a home party and it was fun!! I got to pamper myself at leisure and also decide on what to wear the next day!! I was meeting my college friend after 12 yrs and seriously i was beyond happy!

And to kick start my New Year, i decided on a Glitter Mani. Nothing rocks and oozes party feeling like glitter on nails! And so this time i chose NYX polishes i recently got from The B Shop on FB.

♥ Silver Striping Tape Tipped Glitter Mani ♥

Its been ages since i received my order of Striping Tapes and no less surprisingly i totally forgot about them. And while i was sorting my stash last night i saw this tape and i instantly knew what i wanted to do with it ...

So here's my Silver Striping Tape Tipped Glitter Mani ~

Products Used ~

Base Coat ~ Konad

Primary Color ~ Dreamy, ColorBar

Glitter Polish ~ Jessica Hologram Top Coat

Striping Tape ~ Silver (china made)

Top Coat ~ ColorBar, Avon

Its a pretty simple, quick and easy do-able mani. Only hitch i see is, the tape on tip of the nails don't stay for longer time. So for a quick vamp up of a plain mani for a party, this would be great!! And waste of tape and those few mins if you want it for a daily wear.

That said, i am eager to try out other color striping tapes i have.

♥ Jordana Boy~Oh~Boy Nail Polish Review ♥

This is one of the polishes i picked last yr while i was at Lagos, W. Africa. I have already done an exclusive post on Swatches of this polish here.

Today am doing a brief review of same ~

What I ♥ ~

• This is a pretty Teal color with undertones of blue, unfortunately this doesn't show in pics. Instead it shows as lovely blue color.
• Its a creme sheen formula.
• Its super glossy and shiny.
• Single coat is enough to give a good opaque finish.
• Brush is average like any other brand, needs 2-3 coats to cover the nail (for me atleast).
• Needs no top coat (though as a ritual i do use topcoat for every polish i use ^.^)

What I don't ♥ ~

• Nothing about polish but we hardly get the good colors in India, rest Jordana Polishes are very good and is one of my fav brands now.

And like always i need some glitter, here's the mani with glitter ~

♥ Glitter Nails ♥

I have been hunting for China Glaze Cosmic everywhere and when i became desperate, yes really desperate i got my L.A.Girl's Black Out(i bought it at Lagos, W.A) from my stash and mixed it with a silverish glitter polish ( B.O from China, i have no idea about other details as i picked that when i was at Lagos, W.A last yr) and mixed it well. It sounds crazy right but well i loved the result. So today am here to show you that black polish which is a lil closer to China Glaze Cosmic or is it???

See those gold flecks of glitter??? They are supposed to be silver...... can someone tell me why the silver glitter changed color when it got mixed with black polish??? grr....

And also i have a box full of mixed polishes right now done with various glitters and alike to get some dupes, more on that soon ^.^ 

So what do you think of my mani?? Ofcourse its not even closer to the gorgeous China Glaze Cosmic,  but i love this one right now!!

Have you tried mixing polishes anytime?? Were you desperate to get any polish like i did???
