~ Dots and Hearts ~

You know me, sometimes plain nails just bore me after few hrs and i need to do something about it. Though i mostly glitter-fy my nails, these days i have been reaching to nail art. Though i love stamping am still pretty bad at it and that still doesn't bother me to try it often *.*
Also doing free-hand is not only fun but also improves the precision. Though at times it doesn't give a neat look it still has its own charm....
So i opted for my Jordana Pop Art Nail Design Precision Brush in Black to make some dots and hearts. Here's pics ~

Black and White challenge Day 10 ~ Dots and Bows

I have been quite obsessed with white lately and used it quite a bit in my recent manis so today when its again time to use both black and white i opted for domination of black and subtleness of white. Unfortunately white always show quite sober and not white like in stamping technique. Though am so much in love with my today's mani, i would have preferred white showing well.
Anyways thats about what i think of my mani, here's pics ~

Products Used -
Base Coat ~ Konad
Base Color ~ Black Out, L.A.Girl Professional Salon Formula
Stamping Color ~ Lakme Color Crush 08
Stamping Plates ~ m79, m59

Top Coat ~ Konad and Avon Nail Experts UV Gloss Guard

So what do you think of mani? For me, am in *Love* ...

Black and White with Glitters ~ Day 7

I have this party to attend this evening and am here writing a blog post. Well i knew about this party early but then summer means laziness and i couldn't pull myself up to do this post earlier and schedule it.
Anyways here's the pics -

Products Used -
Base Coat - Konad
Base Color - Lakme Color Crush 08 ~ White
Stamping Color - L.A.Girl ~ Black and Black Gold Glitter polish ~ China made
Stamping Plate - m79 over m85
Glitter Coat - Revlon Slipper 410
Top Coat - Konad

When i stamped m85 over white, i rather felt its too bland and just not exciting for the challenge. So i used this gorgeous Black and Gold Glitter polish and made some dots using m79 plate. Then i gave two generous coats of glitter from Revlon Slipper 410 and finished it off with Konad Top coat.

I must say i 'loved' it so much that i didn't wanted to change the mani but then i wanted something matching to my dress that am wearing this evening. So off with this gorgeous mani and in with something bright n party like.... pics coming soon on same *.*

Am going and getting ready for the party and you take a while and let me know if you like this one...

Thanks for watching, till next time......

Avon ~ Black as Night and Misty Blue - Swatches

Today i have Misty Blue and Black as Night from Avon for Swatches -

Base Coat - Avon Nail Experts Smooth Beginnings
Black - Avon Matte Nail Enamel ~ Black as Night
Blue - Avon Nailwear Pro ~ Misty Blue

I used dotting tool for those black dots over Misty Blue and scotch tape to make blue stripes on Black. Am kinda in love with this Misty Blue. Its not like any other blue i own till date. The only, not so good part about this Misty Blue is its streaky for one coat which fortunately can be covered with 2 coats which gives an opaque finish.  As far as Matte Nail enamel - Black as Night, i seriously loved it. One coat gives pretty good opaque finish and for first time i have tried Matte Black and i honestly have nothing to complaint about *.*

So what do you think?? Do you like Misty Blue and Black as Night??

Till next time....
