♥ ENVY ~ Dangerously Red ~ Nail Polish ~ Swatches ♥

I got this polish like ages ago but haven't got to swatch till now. Now after i did, i regret not doing it sooner.

Am so in *love* with Corals, Mints, Pastels, Tangerines/Oranges, Orangey Reds and Reds too. And this polish from ENVY, Dangerously Red is a lovely Chilli Red with orange undertones. Its pretty summery and bright color and is pretty striking to pair with any monochrome or whites.

I can't pick which one is my favorite, i loved all the three and doing manis is always so much fun (for me atleast). But sad part was i was too occupied with family matters to pay attention to manis and lipsticks swatches in the February but coming days and months expect alot more on these two....

~ ColorBar Quick Finish Nail Lacquer ~ Bubbly 15 ~ Review ~

Since i used Bubbly 15, ColorBar is one of my fav brands for Nail Lacquers. In my opinion one need not swatch and try all the colors and shades before falling in love with particular brand. So was in my case. When i saw this color i was in love with it and when i tried it i just fell in love with it all over again (if thats possible *.*). Anyways here's the swatches of this gorgeous color and some random pics(not in any particular order) ~

What I Love ~

• Bubbly 15 is a beautiful bubble gum pink but a little rich in color.
• A single coat of polish is enough for a nice opaque finish (but i always opt for double coat).
• Its Creamy formula makes it easy for smooth and non-streaky application.
• Its Creamy but not Matt, instead its glossy and non-streaky finish is so good that one needs no topcoat (though as a ritual i use topcoat for every polish I wear *.*)
• Like you have seen in the above pic, it makes a great base for the Nail Art too.

What I don't Love ~

• Brush is average and like any other polish brand, needs 3 strokes to cover the nail (for me atleast).

I love this particular collection from ColorBar and am looking forward to get my hands on some other shades.

~ L.A.Girl Polishes ~

One of my fav brands for polishes is the L.A.Girl. I first bought my L.A.Girl Polish in Black at Lagos for 200 Naira(or less maybe) which is around 65 INR. And now the L.A.Girl in India costs anything the seller takes fancy of!!

Day 6 ~ Theme ~ Favourite Summer Color

I am pink-obsessed most of the times but if you ask me which color i was rocking more this summer i have to confess its this ~

Its a gorgeous purple with subtle glitter in same color. I sometimes wonder if its gold foil!! If you see the color in bottle in natural light, gold foil like glitter shine through which unfortunately doesn't show so when swatched. I am so much in love with this 'Water Ice Colors' collection from Deborah Milano. I ordered one in pink(crazy me!!) too and if it as gorgeous as this i might order few more from same collection.

So how about you?? Have you tried any colors from this collection?? Whats your fave???

Day 5 ~ Theme ~ Fruits

Here's my mani for the theme ~ Fruits

This is my fav fruit during summer, so obviously it had to be in my mani *.*

And just to be lil different(yeah i found similar manis frm other challengers and as i am running short on time i just altered a bit with glitter and didn't opt for change of whole mani) i added the NYX Enchanted Forest Glitter on tips.

 I know i couldn't make it better, but then check out other girls, some of the manis are too cute to be ignored!! So just don't pass by, show some love and do comment *.*

~ Maybelline NY Express Finish ~ Turquoise Green ~ Swatches and NOTD ~

I bought this gorgeous nail polish from 365Gorgeous and i must say i just love it. I wasn't looking for this or even planning on a new polish for my stash, i was just surfing through to see if i can find a decent dry shampoo(well i did find one) and when i saw this i was kinda stuck. I have been waiting for Turquoise Lagoon for so long(which is still not in stock!!! grrrr) and when i saw this i decided to  try this turquoise instead!!

Here's Swatches ~

 

Its the most gorgeous turquoise shade i have come across. The pics don't do the justice to the gorgeousness of this shade. Its sort of a bluish green with a good dose of turquoise. I see a dualness of color to this shade which i absolutely love and this one definitely screams summer and spring for me. Perfect with those beachy outfits or with just traditional Indian wear with a splash of glitter over it.

Its a quick dry and anti chip formula which makes me love it even more! It has a lovely shiny finish which is so perfect for those days when you just have to change polish on the go. Quick dry and shiny finish makes this a perfect polish for travel too. Best part about this polish apart from the color is the unique Control-Flow brush which does the nail in one clean sweep. Its Perfect color and perfect formula (quick dry, anti-chip, shiny finish) one can get going in 40 secs!!!

Can i ask for more???
