After cleaning off your makeup or in the morning, what is the first thing you noticed? Unless you are gifted by God with pure beauty skin, you might have experienced tension, for me I feel tension, itchiness and redness around my lips and cheek bone

Let's see why, well, first of all your cleanser might be little too strong for your skin. It has to be strong to wipe off all the makeup, but since it is made of chemical it is never good to use them. 

Here's a little experiment, A program (introducing Slowganic Cleanser I'll get to that later) tested a simple experiment to see the difference of Organic Cleanser and Chemical(Common) Cleanser:

They boiled two types of soap and see the result

Guess which one of them is organic,
Correct the Left one
Can you see how black it becomes? You've been putting that on your skin all those years

Since the chemical is so strong, it takes all the oil off your skin. It might sound good, however your skin needs at least some oil too keep it moist and healthy. Cleanser takes it all away

Because the cleanser is so strong chemical make sure you don't leave ANY behind

Another thing about cleanser is they are suppose to clean off your skin clean, right? Well, lets see another experiment

They tested three types of cleanser, see which ones is your type:
First (Top Right) this is after use of just hard soap, see how is not well cleaned off?
Second (Bottom Left) this is after use of oil wash, You can see it have been well wash but since it lost all the moist cracks appear
Last (Bottom Right) is the Cleanser Foam, Washing is same as the oil wash, however you can see more white dead skin cells appeared and because of irritation you can see the red spots.

Now that I scared you to use any cleanser at all(Evil!), I'll introduce you an alternative you can use without fear(Good!).

Recipe Slowganic Cleanser, is made of 98% natural ingredient. So the dangerously black chemicals will not be on your skin any more. Both product may need bit of massage to steep into the skin, it is a bit sticky but not too much.

I thought there won't be any pulling with these product, but because of such GREAT washing there was a little pulling. after wash you might feel bit oily feeling on your skin. Don't worry it is wash, but with a protects over it. So you might need to get use to this.

I love the lotion and cream how it gives a protection feeling over your skin you don't need the cream because lotion does so well by itself. But if you are feeling more dry today useing both will help you. I like how cream helps your skin be more elastic! Get rid of those wrinkles!

After face wash you take some cotton and use this to wipe all over your face.
This will clear out all the left out waste and Corneaous.

Just like the name the indigrements has alot of natural stuff. We all ove natural don't we?

There is no simpler cleanser like cleansing oil, and yet just because it's cleansing oil doesn't mean it's all like other cleansing oil. Many think that cleansing oil is only for nutrition your skin and not cleansing off makeup and face.

Simple oils in cleansing could successfully melt your makeup but could age your skin because it has Mineral Oil which is harmful to your skin care.

Mineral oil is what you call car gas oil's dump, because it is a cheap oil many use it to make makeup these oils block your mole's air holes and cause skin problems

So today I'll introduce you a product that is a Cleansing oil but has the golden star when it comes to ingredients and of course no Mineral oil.

I love their ingredient it has all the expectation of skin moisturizing and neutralizing.

One way of checking whether they put their budget on the product itself of the design and packaging is by just looking at it's appearance. They took out all the dyies and and Antiseptic that always cause your skin dry after you wash it off. So it is excellent to all dry skin or sensitive skins(like mine :"( )

So the interesting thing you will notice is at the bottom there is an expiration date something you won't see often.

It is the easy-to-use pumping type so no rocket science there.

The oil texture has a bit of thick feeling to it. So it might feel bit of fiction when you spread it so need bit of mroe pumping than ones you are used to.

On the hand there is every larg amount of foundation and after a while the cleansing oil melted all the makup away.

After the melting prosess it is a picture of using toner to check for makeup. Suprisingly no such makeup is left behind.

Now the next test is something most cleanser have problem with.

This is a cleansing oil must off for all skin types normal to sensitive and all types of makeup. There was a little downside that it's bit too thick however if you want your skin healthy and clean, it's forgotten.

Caolion brand have brought out a product not one we but our skin will love. Mool Pool package is product that take out all the alcohol  dye, parabens and other 10~15 chemicals that harm our skin. Also this product is good for sensitive skin who few days of full makeup cause acne because there is no Commodore Hygienic to cause it.

This makeup product have carefully selected water. You might just ignore it, but its the water that mixes all the product's material and what your skin absorb.

This product uses Purified Water and uses fruits like Plums Wed to clean your skin.

First, I'll show you the cleanser, this cleanser is certified in steeping into your moles and clean out all the dirt off your skin and also protects it. see how well makeup erased? However lipstick and eyeliner needs extra rubbing or what I would suggest is use point makeup remover.

The skin product is really good at fast absorbing and you won't feel the stickiness at all.

Same goes for lotion.

Overall I like this product for the makeup base.

Review: Nivea Visage Young stay clear! Purifying Toner

Today, I will review another product I use for my facial cleansing routine, my Nivea Visage Young stay clear! Purifying Toner.

As usual, the packaging :)

The bottle is a transparent blue colour with some white and blue abstract flower motifs (similar to those on the facial scrub tube). It has a twist-off cap and a small hole though which the toner comes out. The benefits of having such a bottle are 1) you can see how much is left and

2) you have total control over how much product comes out

The toner is a clear colour and has the usual smell you would expect of a facial toner. You get 200ml or product which for me is a fair amount. The toner is alcohol free so it won't dry out the skin whilst still removing excess sebum and dirt. For me, this is a bonus for two reasons:

First, here in Malta we have what is known as hard water (our water is rich in calcium and magnesium carbonates) and that makes it very drying to the skin; therefore, having a toner that doesn't dry me out prevents my skin from producing excess serum and hence reduce breakouts.

Secondly, I like to use this toner more than once a day to refresh my skin so I wouldn't like it to dry me out.

The refreshing effect of this toner lasts well on my skin and it purifies it without leaving me with that taut-skin feeling. This is mainly why I like this toner so much. It is non-comedogenic, so I don't have to worry about blackheads or blocked pores.

I usually use the toner before and after a scrub and also before and after applying a facial mask to help open and close the pores accordingly.

Like all the other facial products I reviewed in these past days, I have been using this toner for a long time and I am quite happy with it so I intend to change it only when my skin changes :)

Review: Nivea Visage Refreshing Cleansing Lotion

Hello my lovelies I hope you're all well :) Today, I am going to review another product which I use for my facial cleansing routine: Refreshing Cleansing Lotion, also by Nivea Visage.

As usual, here's what the package looks like:

It is actually very similar to my eye make-up remover except that the bottle is opaque, so to check how much product is left, I usually put it up against the light. Then it's the usual thing... logo and description and more details and ingredients on the back.

Since I have combination skin, this product is excellent for me. It is a creamy formulation but not as creamy as a product intended for dry skin; it's somewhere in between. I actually prefer this product over my older Nivea cleanser which was in gel form and it dried out my skin more than necessary. This one, on the other hand, hydrates it to just the right level without making my skin feel greasy or oily. The smell is the usual cleanser smell for this one as well.

I like to use this cleanser to remove the rest of my facial make-up and also some left-over traces of eye make-up. I think this is the only cleanser that doesn't sting or burn when I cleanse my eyes with, so that's a great bonus.

Overall, I think I am going to stay faithful to this cleanser for as long as my skin permits to. As usual, like the other Nivea products, it is reasonably priced, and better still, you get 200ml. Since it is a creamy formula, you get through it less faster than other formulations!

Full Skin Cleansing Routine

Hello my beauties :)

Today, I'm gonna blog about my skin care routine and the products I use throughout.

1. I always make sure my hands are squeaky clean and after I wash them thoroughly with soap and warm water, I apply a sanitizing gel. This will eliminate commensal skin bacteria and therefore, prevents transfer of these bacteria onto the face.

2. Dilate 2 or 3 cotton discs in warm water and apply eye-make up remover to each one of them.

3. Pull the brow of one eye upwards (gently), apply the disc to the eyelid and leave for 5 seconds. Sweep in an outward motion and repeat until all the makeup is removed.

4. Run under the lower lashes with disc edge to remove any mascara and eye pencil smudges. Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other eye with another cotton disc. If mascara is still coming out, apply some more make up remover to a cotton bud and run it over the lashes.

5. To remove lipstick, apply some makeup remover to another cotton disc, hold lips taut from one side and sweep outwards in the opposite direction (if your holding your lips from the left side sweep to the right and vice versa).

6. For cleansing the face, apply a 20 Euro-cent coin-sized dollop of cleanser to one of your palms. Wet the other palm and work the cleanser into a lather. Start by applying it over the neck in upward, circular movements and move on to the centre of the face and continue with outwards circular movements. Pay special attention to the nostril area. Rinse off with warm water and repeat when removing full make up.

7. Apply toner all over the face, omitting the eye area.

8. Apply 20 Euro-cent coin-sized dollop of FACIAL scrub (body scrubs have coarser granules which will be too harsh for the skin on the face) onto your palms and massage on your face using circular motions outwards and upwards from the jaw-line. Leave on for 3 minutes and rinse off with warm water.

9. Apply a thin layer of face mask (for peel-offs apply a thicker layer) all over the face omitting the eye and lip areas. Leave on for 15 - 30 minutes or as long as it is stated on the package. Rinse off with warm water. Steps 8 and 9 should ideally be done twice a week.

10. Apply another application of toner paying special attention to the hair-lines so as to make sure all traces of the mask are removed.

11. Leave the skin to dry.

12. Apply some eye gel or eye cream by gently dabbing with the ring finger around the orbitals.

13. Apply a slick of lip balm.

14. Apply a layer of moisturizer and work in the skin until fully absorbed. In the morning apply sunscreen prior to applying the moisturizer. When I am not going to apply foundation, I use a tinted moisturizer as a make-up base.
