LBBB - Stardust Edition

I am such a sucker for Beauty Boxes! I love StyleXStyle boxes because they are not on a monthly subscription basis which automatically deducts money from your bank account. Rather, you could actually get an idea from their teaser adverts as well as hints from their website as to what products you will get, before deciding whether to fork out that SGD19.90 for it.

Well, you might already have seen this unveiled by other bloggers, but today I will be sharing it for those who haven't!

Stardust Edition is a collaboration between John Little and Mediacorp, to bring you the best beauty buys from Korea and Japan.

Stardust is a beauty corner located in John Little (a departmental store), in Marina Square and Jurong Point. If you want to find out products from SANA, Canmake and many other brands which you will see below, head over there to test some of their products out!

Remember my previous beauty box Asia Style Collection Box? This is anotherrr box of goodness! There is a repeat of 1 item, which is the beauty drink you will see in awhile!
Sorry about the blurred image, I did not realise it haha.. Everything is imprinted in gold, which makes it have an overall luxe feel.

Just a quick review on their delivery, I was promised a delivery on the 16 August in the afternoon, however the product only arrived today (17 August) in the morning. Although it was delayed, I would have appreciated it if there was at least a notice shared.. Because sometimes our whole family will be out on Saturday mornings..

This special box does not have all the products listed at the back of the card, if you're wondering ;)

Another box full of products, filled to the brim! The box felt heavy when I carried it, so I was really excited to unbox it~

ZA's latest addition to their family, not thaaat new, but I have not try them out. Great size to try out, unlike those satchet samples which I can't really tell if the product worked or not because they are waaay too small.

Ichikimi's Hair Treatment which I have already tried this a few times as I received it from other beauty boxes. They are awesome treatment, and did I mention before? It smells aweeeesome! As if you have flowers in your hair ;)

Canmake glitter nail polish! How did they know I am lacking of that, because my old glitter nail polish dried out?

I must say, their Gel Top Coat is awesome, and this must be yet another wonderful product. Can't wait to decorate my nails~

This is the beauty drink that I have received a few times, and I always recommend chilling it before drinking.. or simply adding some ice to it. It is a very concentrated drink, which I find it too sweet, so I usually like to add ice to it.

As usual, frequent usage of such products will then allow you to determine it's effectiveness.

SANA Soy Bean Cleanser is highly raved in Japan, and I have yet to try this out.. Why why why, even though I loved their cosmetics! Excited to try it out~

Dark eye circle patches, wonderful, because I have been having some issues with them. I have tried this brand before, they are quite decent, but the effect is not long lasting... you must use them on a regular basis to see improvement in your skin alright~

I have never heard of this brand before, but it's a Korean brand... Hmm, probably will try it out and see if it is going to irritate my skin. And probably update when I do so, because I have so many facial mask sheets to clear... and I haven't been doing them ;P

The "cousin" of my favourite sunscreen - the Biore Aqua Riche Mousse... This is the watery essence. I have tried this at one of the Watsons stores in Singapore, and this dries matte and non-sticky! I can vouch for it!! I am excited to try if this works similar to my mousse sunscreen hehe..

Wow wow wow, fake eye lashes in a box?! This costs freaking SGD20++ I believe! Just this product alone, I have recouped my money that I have paid StyleXStyle, as ridiculous as it sounds like!

I've throw away my first pair of eye lashes, and now I am excited to try these out! They have wonderful texture, and the elastic band is very soft, unlike those cheap lashes that I tried out haha..

I noticed that this seems like a free gift, because usually they sold lashes without lash glue. But I have the Starlash's black eye lash glue! Stay tuned to upcoming tutorials, which I might just showcase this beautiful baby~

Overall, this is a wonderful beauty box! Probably the best in Singapore at the moment, it beats the rest hands down! Check out what other's are saying about the items received in their Stardust Edition

For the month of August, it is Shiseido's products. And you may check out a full review over here (QuarterACentury, by Audrey), as I did not purchase it.. Go over and say that Celly thesnowflowerrr sent you haha xP From what I see, it is a box full of goodness, and I really wish I had gotten myself that box too.. *greedy!*

If you loved the items and want to get yourself a box, head down to their website:

What's your favourite product in this box?

BlackBox: July Box

If you haven't heard of BlackBox, you're in for something good when you sign up with them. Well... That's because it is absolutely free! With superb service of a delivery to your house! What's more, you get a box full of goodies - from food, to beauty, to skincare at NO COST AT ALL!

This is not a sponsored review. But, seeing that it is worth so much more for you all, I seriously recommend all of you to get your hands on them! A point to note, it is only for Singapore Residents

Now, let's dive straight into the items I received for this month, shall we?

The blackbox always arrives feeling heavy! Makes me excited to find out what are the items in there!

For every BlackBox you receive, you get to do a survey which gives you a chance to win full sized products. Everything is already FREE, and yet we still get lucky draw chances?! Are you sold yet!

1. TAKE5IVE ENERGY DRINK
Retail Price: $3.95 per bottle
Available at: 7-Eleven, Guardian, Watsons, Unity, John Little, Cheers and Cold Storage

Which means this is a full sized product, isn't it! I have not try this yet, because if you read my previous posts, you would know that I am always skeptical about products as such.

2. LOREAL PARIS EXTRAORDINARY OIL
Retail Price: $23.90 for 100ml
Available at: Supermarkets, pharmacies and departmental stores island-wide

To be honest, I dislike receiving samples in satchets. They are very difficult to handle, and sometimes I am afraid of contamination or spillage. So usually if I were to open up this, I will definitely transfer it into a small container. I have not try this out, but I am going to bring this along to my short trip this coming Thursday! ^^

Anyway, noticed something interesting about thsi product. It has 6 Flower Extract Oil - Lotus, Tiare, Rose, Flax, Chamomile and Marticaria. I honestly do not know some, but this smells like it's gonna be a very floral and girly scent~ I like~

Also, it is a versatile product, which allows you to use before shampoo and conditioning, to prep your hair for washing, and towel dry/dry hair (before blow drying) to protect the hair, as well as a finishing touch to bring lustre to your hair. Let you all know how I feel after I tried this out okay, stay tuned! (Imma first gonna transfer it into a small container.... doo doo doo....)

3. SUPER CHARCOAL ROASTED IPOH WHITE COFFEE (CLASSIC, BROWN SUGAR & HAZELNUT)
Retail Price: $6.20 - $6.40 for a packet of 15 sachets
Available at: Any supermarkets or hypermarkets

Errr, I know I am going to contradict my earlier statement. Upon receiving this, I immediately prepared a cup of coffee for myself. As compared to those beauty supplements or energy drinks, coffee isn't something that I would be wary of. I am a coffee lover hee..

I really loved the Classic and Hazelnut ones! I've not try the Brown Sugar one, and I think it has already been drank by my family members haha. And I really love it, I am considering to switch to Super Coffee already!

4. CETAPHIL GENTLE SKIN CLEANSER
Retail Price: $14.90 - 237ml, $21.50 - 473ml and $38.90 - 1 litre
Available at: Guardian, Watsons, Unity, FairPrice, Cold Storage, Hospitals, Polyclinic retail pharmacy, selected departmental stores and independent pharmacies.

I have received so many bottles of this Cetaphil gentle cleanser, for oily skin and for normal skin. I have used this as my cleanser when I had a crazy acne break out, because it was gentle enough to clean my skin without sapping it dry like normal cleansers. This works for your face and body, and it is a great size to bring along when travelling. I still have the 1L and a few small bottles of Cetaphil lying around hee...

5. PURER SKIN MIRACLE SERUM
*to be very honest, I am not too sure if this is the one*
Retail Price: $61.90 for 30ml
Available at: www.PurerSkin.com or selected Watsons (JEM, Ion, Takashimaya, Parkway Parade, Bugis, Jurong Point, Compass Point, Marina Square, Toa Payoh and Raffles City).

I believe this would have survived if it was placed into a small pouch, because when I took another item out, this came rolling out and dropped onto my floor. Boo.... to my clumsiness.

6. COLGATE PLAX FRUITY FRESH
Retail Price: $4.50 - 250ml, $9.90 - 750ml
Avaialble at: All Super or Hyper markets, Western Pharmacy, Mini market (minimarts), and Provision stores

I have the habit of using mouthwash, and I have tried a few different flavours, the regular mints, spearmints, and even one in Green Tea! And I am excited to try this out, haha... I mean a burst of fruits in your mouth early in the morning or before bed sounds interesting? I might get a full size after I try this out!

Each mini bottle is 20ml, and it is for 1 rinse. So I guess, I will only get to rinse twice before I have to get a new bottle? I will bring this cutie along for my trip and let you know how it tastes like alright. Follow me on twitter rightaway mwahaha.

Every box varies, so I only received products 1 - 6, whereas others might receive a combination of other products which includes products 7 - 11. But we all will get a set of vouchers which will allow us to get some discount perks!

I need none of them, so if anyone wants any of them, just pop me a message on Twitter or simply email to me and I will mail it to you!

I hope you have been sold on the goodness of this, go ahead and sign up for BlackBox which does not even cost a single cent. And enjoyyyy!

LBBB - Asia Style Collection Box

안녕하세요 여러분!

This month's StylexStyle Little Black Beauty Box is the Asia Style Collection Box, with goodies all the way from Korea and Japan! I was so thrilled when I ordered this, and it finally arrived a few days ago.

I took some time to try out some of the products, therefore I am slightly late in sharing what I received. But nonetheless, here it goes!

Wrapped with the silver foil, just like the Spring Box in May

The box was very heavy when I received it from the delivery person. Now I know why... It is filled to the brim once again! I feel so thrilled to see my box full of items ^^

LBBB - The Spring Awakening Box

Updates: I have tried out some of the products and provided some inputs in italics ^^ As for some of the other products, I have yet to try them out, especially oral products which I am always fearful of its side effects. Peace out folks!

There is more an more subscription services provided in Singapore lately. And the Little Black Beauty Box (LBBB) is one of the latest addition. They are not exactly that new because they have been in the market ever since February, but this is first box that I got my hands on!

LBBB is a beauty subscription box that is from StyleXStyle.com. Seems to be a collaboration between Mediacorp (our local media broadcasting station) and Robinsons (retail departmental store). I find this concept very fresh, as I have yet to see such big scale collaboration of a monthly subscription box.

LBBB costs SGD19.90 which is sent to your door step, with no additional delivery charges as well. And if you are lucky (which I wasn't), you might get to see Sharon Au. And I forgot to mention, Sharon Au seems to be the main person leading this LBBB army (correct me if I'm wrong?~).

Anyway, let's just see what I received this month.

This is how the collaboration seems to work, you can just tick off what you would like to purchase from this card which is slot into your box and head straight to Robinsons and get them. There are also certain promotions available.

The box was a little heavy when I took it from the delivery person, and look how packed my box was?!

I will simply go through what I receive =)

Blackbox: April Box

Yay, managed to receive my Black Box this month. There is a cap for the number of boxes they are sending out, so make sure you fill in the survey form after you have received it.

Somehow I did not receive the survey form for this month, so hope for the best that I will still get it next month?
Do you like my new background hahaha..

Bellabox: April Beauty Goodness

This month's Bellabox arrived in a paperbag!

Well, that's because I have been subscribed to Bellabox for the past 12 months! So there is a small "gift" for me to reward me for my persistent contribution to them. I should have got the 12 months subscription when I subscribed last year, if I knew I was going to be on this for that long.

Here's the note that came with it.
