[Korea Tour] Good Place to Relax and Spend Time Out in the Open / Seon Yu Do Island and Han Gang River

I love Nature as much as I love "Natural Makeup" ;)

I want to introduce good makeup products

but I also wanted to introduce you to Korea.

I was absent for a week (without notice)

I apologize for that :(

It was a sudden travel to the near by beach

I'll post up those places next week

For today I wanted to introduce you to a place I love to give my head a rest

I hope the pictures of nature can somehow give the same sensation I have experienced 

HOW TO GET THERE

Start by getting to the Hap Jeong Station

When you get there get out of gate 10

you'll see a bus station in the middle of the road

Get on a blue bus 603

get off at the next station and you are there!

This is the gate to Seonyudo park!

There's a green house to those who like tropical plants. 

It's the summer so I decided I didn't want to go

I'm was sure it would be too hot!

I started walking by a road with trees

I saw a bit of a pond that children can play under the HOT sun

As I pass by the water I found a Korean Traditional Built place where I could sit

and watch the Han Gang River View

When I go here I always feel peaceful and calm

All my worries and stress floated away

As I pass by the bamboo road there were beautiful flowers

I suggest visiting here in the spring I'm sure it would be even more beautiful

There was a lot of pond here.

Enjoy the quietness and stillness

I searched for a four leaf clover but failed

So I decided to pick a three leaf clover and add one leaf!

XD

Luck is something you make!

Perfect place for a date!

So Lucky :(

The sun was setting and I was getting hungry

I decided to leave the Seon Yu Do Island Park and head for the Han Gang River Park

I love the view ;)

A lot of families was camping out here

You can't built fire here but you can camp out here and rest

You can see the Korean Parliament Building from here

I rest on the grass watching the river flow by

There is lot of small shop but some times you just want to get out of the street and see what's new in the mall.

It's newly made so enjoy the clean walls when you can!

Where to Visit in KOREA Myeongdong Part 2

Welcome to Myeong Dong.

Here's a Map of the place I'm going to introduce to you today.

Once out of the gate (go through gate 5 or 8) follow the map and you'll see.

First Catholic Church ever. It is beautiful and try not to disturb the church on Sunday or special Catholic days.

It's pretty and really calms you.

If you have been to European Catholic churches this church might feel boring however be proud because you've came to one of the most important historical event in Korea.

In hard time faith have been a light to Korean and has changed our point of view and thoughts and led to great development and changes.

Where to Visit in KOREA Myeongdong Part 1

Well, when visiting Korea you wouldn't want to just shop, it's time to eat and go sightseeing.
So, I'll be introduce you places around soul and places around.

To new comers you must understand this tourism business is new in Korea, however suddenly with growing interest in K pop so many tourist comes to visit. If you are not a great planner (Like I am) you should find a tourist who is, because finding a place to stay and finding places to visit may not be easy as you think. We should just hope Korea will invest more in tourism so it would be easier to visit.

Today I'll be introducing Myeongdong, not only it is a place to shop cosmetics its a place with food and the first Catholic church the Myeongdong Chapel.

Well, getting there for tourist using the subway will be best if you are short in budget. Believe me taxi can be costly.

So this part of the writing I'll be helping you how to use the subway.

Well to find a sub way find something like this:

See this sign? top is yellow and there is the round color(it's bright blue in this picture) of the rail number and the white letters are the subway name in Korean.

Well if you see one of this, YAY! you found the subway. go down stairs and you'll see a maze, some place there is a big mall inside the subway making it even more harder to find the place to get on the subway.

When you get down there find this machine!

This machine has english. click on english than clikc on the Left side orange button than find Myeongdong. Give the machine your money (the machine will greedy suck your cash) than a ticket will come out. you'll need it and after you arive at your station you can return it and receve back 500won.

Well, time to get on the subway.

Remember go through green doors and put the card on the sensors on the right. The sensors shape can be different between station but remember your card goes on the right.

You come out the same way.
Now you are at Myeong Dong.
