Cineleisure Next Online Sensation (Grand Finale)

Yes! Like I said, I will be back about Cineleisure's Next Online Sensation!
In case you didn't know about this contest, Rachell and I (Kitty on a Spaceship) had been blogging and doing videos for this contest for the past one month!
Definitely a fun and enjoyable contest, also, me and Rachell actually bonded quite a lot because of this~

We're actually the first there! Kan Chiong only LOL.

I met up with Rachell, supposingly at 11, but we postponed to 2.........
Had our lunch and spent an hour to plan for the performance later.
YES, we got the notice that we're supposed to perform TWO DAYS before the actual finale.
I have school so I'm too busy to plan about the performance.

I guess we're cavemen 'cause we got SUPER EXCITED when we see our name on the seats lol.

Like I said, we were the first to arrive, with Noah!
And then the judges came!
AND OF COURSE, A PHOTO WITH QIUQIU !

She's like one of the nicest celebrity blogger I'd met so far. :')

Most of the contestants arrived later on, with the host of the day to start off the whole event.

I was staring at her heels. Looks like it's not humanly possible to walk on, but so damn gorgeous!!!!

AND
THEN
THIS
HAPPENED.

The host called out a group's name.
They are supposed to do a brief intro about themselves and start out with their performance.
Everything happened like VAVAVROOM okay. Damn sudden !!
And guess what, KITTY ON A SPACESHIP WAS NEXT.
LOL We were freaking out but we TRIED to walk up and talk calmly.
I swear Rachell's good at this, I need at least 5 minutes to calm self down fml.

Somebody recorded a video of our performance HERE. You can watch it if you want! :)

The judges did a brief introduction of themselves, and also some Q&A !
Rachell asked Qiuqiu to sing LIVE! Hahahahaha! Sudden attack.

Some other contestants did their performances, and they are really not bad!

Actually, I thought this final challenge will be included in the whole of this contest. HAHA but it's not! *wipes sweat*

By the way, Kitty on a spaceship won the performance as well! One of the three winners! So happy, we TOTALLY didn't expect this coming. I was sitting down and using my phone. GAHHHH~

TO THE GRAND FINALE OF THIS CONTEST........
Three groups were called up on stage, each gets a prize, 1st , 2nd and 3rd!
So it's among KOAS, RUTH and TAFFI!

Ruth gets the Second prize and also, Cineleisure's Overnight sensation!
CONGRATS hun! :)

And then, it's between us, and TAFFI.
Wth we were grabbing each others hand, and trembling.

They counted down and tore the paper...

JIANG JIANG JIANG.

We got the GRAND PRIZE!!!!!!! AHHHH CAN I SCREAM NOW? OMG.

AND QIUQIU PRESENTED THE PRIZE FOR US!

This photo is damn damn damn funny I swear. I didn't want to post this up 'cause I was putting down the mic and it looks stupid. BUT RACHELL'S EXPRESSION IS CLASSIC HAHAHAHAHA. Like she'd never seen a big mouse in her entire life.
She told me on whatsapp "But the mouse really bloody big just saying hahah" LOLLOL HAHAHAHA OMG.

Hold on, I need to laugh more.

Okay.

Us, and the contestants!! You guys are brilliant too! :')

And our big ass photo on the stage.
Before we left, we were like " Oh shit can we ask the person if we can bring this whole thing home?!" HAHAHA.

With Danial, my cousin and the nuffies!!!! :)
So damn happy Huixian managed to come down to support us in the end!

Anyway, I realized I didn't take any photos with Noah. O_O Surprisingly.

Again, a not so nice photo of us 'cause we're both damn tired but CRAZY HAPPY. Look at the tears in Rachell's eyes. And my frizzy hair lol.

I love you babylove! So damn much I don't even.. T _ T
Thanks for being there all the time! I sound super gay now but MUACKS.

And also, thank you Noah, for everything you did for us!

THANK YOU STAR JUDGES, BONGQIUQIU, ZOE RAYMOND, AND LADYIRONCHEF!!!

And lastly, A BIG THANK YOU to ALL THE SUPPORTERS OF KOAS FOR COMING DOWN SPECIALLY FOR US YESTERDAY!
I was so touched when some supporters came to tell me they came down just for us! :')
Sorry if I missed out your name, but you know I love you! ♥

Thank you all for voting and supporting~
KITTY ON A SPACESHIP FTW!!!! :D

Cineleisure Challenge 2 (Food)

I was craving for Japanese food.
So I told Rachell, why not let's go for Japanese cuisines in this challenge?

And so we did.

We headed to Shokudo Japanese Coffee House.

In Japanese, Shokudo means Dining Hall.
I'm sure they got the right name as they have a huge variety of food, just like a dining hall!

They have Pastas, pizzas, burgers, cakes, waffles, kakigori, smoothies, juice...there's so many to name!

Just look at the menu. (P.s. I like menus with pictures so I can roughly guess how my food will turn out to be like xD)

After much consideration, I chose THIS!

Hotate Mentaiko Cheese Pizza

I swear this pizza here is MARVELOUS.
I thought it's a great idea for them to turn the usual thick pizza crust to an extremely flat crispy one, because I always like the crispy part of the usual crust! Now we can have THE ENTIRE THING CRISPY.

The serving itself looks super appealing.
A plus point for food that makes us salivate just from the sight~

Every slice of pizza has got a hotate (scallop), which makes every bite equal.
Don't you hate how some pizzas have unequal toppings on them which make some bites tasteless?

Also, did I mention I LOVE MENTAIKO?
Mentaiko is Spicy Cod Roe, if you haven't try it, please do!!!
The mentaiko brings up the entire taste to this pizza but is not too overwhelming.

I tried adding a little cheese powder and it made the pizza less spicy, and taste more like a usual pan pizza.

Of course, dessert is important to my meal haha!

Macha Kakigori

I'm a fan of Macha (Green Tea).
ANYTHING with Macha is AWESOME.

Honestly, the portion of this is very big!

Macha's best match is AZUKI BEANS.
I guess it's because Macha's a tad bit bitter, since it's a tea, and the sweet azuki beans help neutralize the taste and make everything bitter-sweetly perfect. xD

This Macha syrup is a little sweeter than usual, but it wouldn't make you feel sick of it after a few bites.
Also, YAY for the fine ice! I was so afraid the ice will turn out coarse and have hard bits that I have to chew on...ouch.

Overall, the meal was splendid.
Shokudo is definitely a good place for you to settle down and chat with your friends when you got tired from shopping as they serve many small bites too~

Apparently, Shokudo is the place where Rachell and I met with Noah for the very first time.
Haha up till now, Noah have no idea what the name of this restaurant is called!
I'll have to explain " Neh!! The place we first met!!!" and he'll go " OHHHH......"
So this should be the reason why we decided to go back to this restaurant! Many memories there too! :)

So if you haven't been there yet, and ALWAYS walk pass it without trying their good food, please do!

We also went to another Japanese food restaurant called Nihon Mura, located at the fourth floor of Cineleisure!
I think many might not know about this but if you want to eat Japanese Cuisine but doesn't like Ala Cartes, you can choose to go to Nihon Mura!

It is $25/pax for students!
I didn't know there's a Nihon Mura in Cineleisure until Rachell told me about it xD

The price is definitely worth it if you have a BIG APPETITE and don't actually go for the quality.
(Like, buffet foods are usually less fine compared to ala cartes.)

I don't know about you but I do prefer Shokudo more than Nihon Mura, even though one is sushi while the other is pasta and pizza.
Just thought I should share with you in case you had no idea there's a Japanese Buffet place in Cineleisure, like me! :B

Read what Rachell ate in Shokudo HERE!!

Also, vote for us, KITTY ON A SPACESHIP ~ :D
(http://www.nuffnang.com.sg/cineleisure-next-online-sensation/vote/)

If you don't know how to... I have a guide HERE !

A day at Cineleisure~

The other day, I went to Cineleisure with Rachell! :D
It's actually a challenge for our Cineleisure Next Online Sensation~
Heck, but it's really not considered a challenge for us since it's always so fun hanging around with my babylove at cine !! ^_^

Number one stop?
SHOPPING at one of the cheapest shop in Cineleisure!
There's this shop with crazy a lot of cheap stuff omg.
I think it's the one QiuQiu said on her blog! Words from Budget Barbie leh!

Can you guess how much these meganes/shades are?!
THEY
ARE
$2 !!!!
Now you know why I like shopping in this shop haha.

There are a whole lot of Nail Polishes there as well!
You know I LOVE doing my own nail art! xD

YIPPEE~

Btw, all the things there are VIVID & COLOURFUL.
So pretty~ ♥

Wtf makes me puke rainbows.

Hahaha.
We passed by this awesome shop, selling Social Media T-shirts like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Blogger and all~

As Social Media addicts...ahem,
it's a must to camwhore with those T-shirts haha.

Another shop that is a MUST-GO everytime when we are at Cineleisure, is Becky Berry!
They have the wackiest and most unique things ever!!!

The last time me and Rachell went there with Noah and Naomi, we spent like a whole hour looking at all the coolest shit. (Okay no, not shit lol)

They have this Telephone..

Which I never knew it works like any other. LOL
Haha it's so cool to explore all the weird things they have in there.
Like this fake iphone which looks somehow exactly like a real one!

But...

IT'S A MIRROR!!! ^o^

Next time you can troll your friends with all the wacky ideas in this shop xD

Oh THIS.

Hahaha, the other time, me and Rachell tried putting the pen in and it didn't move, but when Noah tried..... the man pounced and scream in agonizing pain wtf. HAHAHAHA.

Guess which is the real one ? ;)

Phones for Vain people ... -cough-

Okay enough of those wacky wacky stuff, we went to SHOP SHOP SHOP again!!!
There's quite a lot of shops in Cineleisure that suit youngsters..like us haha.

And I swear Cineleisure is SPECIALLY BUILT for VAIN PEOPLE.
There are big ass mirror everywhere xD

Our Outfit Of The Day~
We decided to wear Knitted top because we thought we're clever since there's movie later wtf.

Time for a rest! We found this pretty cafe at the third floor and decided to sit down for a while.

My Iced Lemon Tea without ice LOL. Rachell was unwilling to order this for me 'cause it sounds stupid, walao.

The view there is awesome. HAHA by awesome I mean we can see nearly everything in Cineleisure from there!

Noah came to find us after that and we chatted for a bit!

To think of it, Cineleisure was the place we all first met!

We weren't as close back then, and we even went to play at the Arcade upstairs so we won't feel so awkward LOL.

Sweet~
So, Cineleisure's a good place to BOND with your friends as well. #NotJustSaying

Okay end of flashbacks lol.
We went to SHOP MORE with Noah after that!

I was like " No, NOAH CANNOT BE IN THIS PHOTO, I DON'T WANT!"

HAHAHAHA. And then he wanna revenge but failed lol.

This probably shows I'm more vain and quick.

Then we left Cineleisure to The Cathay for the movie!!!!! SO MAD EFFING EXCITED OMG YKNOW HOW I FEEL.

AND YES, WE'RE GONNA WATCH THE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED MOVIE...

THE HUNGER GAMES!!!! *screams*

Okay haha honestly I'm one of those mountain tortoise (or caveman you call it) who never really know what's going on and which movie is highly anticipated or whatever. Apparently I was like "meh~" about the whole thing until I watched the trailer the day before!!!

Thank you Cineleisure and Nuffnang for the premiere. I feel so yaya because I get to watch it before anyone else does, (psst, and I saw famous bloggers there! Like LadyIronChef & Zoe Raymond !) xD WOOHOO HAHAHA.

Our signature Hanate Asian Smile lol.

No I'm not gonna be a spoiler and start telling you what the movie is about.
After all, you have to watch it 'cause the movie is damn freaking awesome.
...
.....

LIKE REALLY IT'S SO GOOD I CAN WATCH A FEW MORE TIMES!!!

You can watch the trailer if you're one of those mountain tortoise who is not too excited about it.
I swear it's gonna turn your vibes on and make you run down to the nearest cinema & book a ticket.

By the way, in case you have no idea, Me and my babylove Rachell, is shortlisted for Cineleisure's next online sensation contest!! :D
