Since I am at head office this week and taking all kinds of customer care calls, which is lots of fun BTW, my posts will be very short and sweet. I absolutely love talking to people about the ASK Cosmetics products and how to use them properly. People are so grateful when you take the time and make them feel important. That is essentially what customer care is all about, right? What have your experiences been with companies and their customer care service? I would love to know.
